Ken Stanick is a commercial strategy and operations leader with deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and customer success. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach, Ken has spent his career helping organizations define the right strategies for long-term, sustainable growth.
A key executive and founding leader of Amazon Business, Ken built and led the commercial organization responsible for scaling the B2B marketplace from inception to $10B in annual sales within five years — acquiring over 10,000 new customers weekly. His leadership spanned sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, supported by operational mechanisms that became industry benchmarks for scale and efficiency.
Ken has also held senior roles at Ariba, where he helped develop market-leading solutions in strategic sourcing, eInvoicing, and supply chain finance, as well as designing multi-sided business and customer acquisition strategies. He is passionate about blending innovation, automation, and customer focus to drive commercial excellence and accelerate growth.

Jennifer is passionate about building high-performing teams and defining new categories at the intersection of technology, data, and business operations. Throughout her career, she has launched and scaled multiple B2B businesses from inception, leading go-to-market strategy, sales, customer success, and professional services to drive both revenue growth and operational precision.

Dan Pouliot is a seasoned technology and sales executive with over 30 years of experience across solution consulting, business development, product innovation, and global sales leadership. As Quinn AI’s Chief Product Officer, he leads the end-to-end product strategy; owning vision, roadmap, and execution across the platform, coordinating engineering, design, and GTM to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions for revenue teams in the mid-market and enterprise.
Dan’s expertise spans Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) domains, where he has designed and implemented large-scale digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 100 companies. He is passionate about solution architecture and has built a career around helping enterprises bridge business strategy with technical innovation.
Prior to Quinn AI, Dan held leadership roles at SAP, Ariba, and Oracle, where he earned seven Winner’s Circle awards over 15 years for his exceptional leadership and customer success. Known for his problem-solving acumen and collaborative approach, Dan champions innovation through extensibility and AI-driven solutions that address 100% of customer requirements.

John Abbatico is an entrepreneurial technology leader and two-time founding CTO with over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and successfully exiting technology startups. He combines deep technical acumen with a pragmatic business approach, ensuring technology decisions drive revenue growth, security, and operational efficiency.
John’s career began in nuclear physics, designing naval nuclear propulsion systems at General Electric before transitioning into software engineering. He went on to lead large-scale technology initiatives at Oracle, where he rose from consultant to managing director, overseeing teams of more than 100 engineers in implementing complex finance, manufacturing, and order management solutions for several Fortune 100 companies.
At Ariba, John served in multiple leadership roles spanning presales, engineering, and technology management, helping shape market-leading enterprise software solutions. His focus on security and compliance — including leading two companies through SOC 2 certification — has consistently removed sales friction and built customer trust.
Known for leveraging his expansive network of technology professionals, John brings a unique ability to turn ideas into reality while maintaining an unrelenting focus on innovation, security, and scalable systems design.
